SmallCloudBuilder's mission is to provide practical advice, tutorials and reviews about Cloud based products and SaaS (software as a service) for home and small business users.
SmallCloudBuilder's focus on the Small Cloud. The Small Cloud isn't concerned with getting rid of server rooms, revamping Enterprise computing infrastructure or slimming down IT staff by outsourcing. The Small Cloud is just concerned with better and cheaper ways of doing things we already do in our daily personal and small business computing activities. There's a bit more on this over here.
We promise to be short on navel-gazing and long on information that you can use to find Small Cloud stuff that works for you.
Why
From most of what's out there about Cloud Computing, you'd think it's only for the Enterprise crowd. Since we couldn't find a lot about how the rest of us can get more out of the Internet-based apps and services we already use and where to find more, we figured we better get crackin'!
Who
SmallCloudBuilder springs from the same fertile minds as SmallNetBuilder. If you know us, 'nuff said. If you don't, then why not?!
